“And you want me to find this thing for you?” Djas Puhr asks the Bith.
“You’re a bounty hunter, aren’t you? Well? I’m putting a bounty on my father’s horn. I lost it to Myo. Myo doesn’t have it. He believes that while he w.. i. h.. c... , the thing was stolen from him. His solution to the problem is to scream and growl and look for something to kill. I find that business matters are better handled by businessmen.”

I wouldn't have thought that this riddle would have me scratching my head. I knew the phrase "to be a go" but nevertheless was puzzled.

There's a 0-article catchphrase All systems are go with a similar meaning and a cool origin (probably from the idiom above? with the omitted article - Roger?):
https://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/All+systems+are+goEverything is ready or things are going along as planned.
The phrase was popularized by the 1960s Space Race, as it was said before rockets were launched.
(Borrowed from the jargon used during America’s early space exploration.)
I just checked with the boss, and all systems are go to make the announcement today.
All systems go—you should be getting a call from them any minute now.

The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman
She left the Worthington tomb, then, and she went looking for her son, whom she found, as she expected to, at the top of the hill, staring out over the town.
“P.... f.. y... t....... ,” said Mrs. Owens.
“You don’t have a p.... ,” said Bod. He was fourteen, now, and taller than his mother.
“I’ve got two in the coffin,” said Mrs. Owens. “Probably a bit green by now, but I’ve still got them right enough.”

a penny for your thoughts
A Penny for Your Thoughts
Tavares
I've got to know where I stand
I just got to know where I am with you
So here's penny for your thoughts, a nickel for a kiss
A dime if you tell me that you love me
Penny for your thoughts, a nickel for a kiss
A dime if you tell me that you love me
Walkin' holdin' hands, you say you're mine all mine
Then soon another face steals your eyes away
It's just a guessing game and I can't help feelin' used
Love shouldn't be so darn confused
...
People love to talk, they say you're usin' me
Though face to face you swear I'm the only one
If I had a crystal ball I would gaze into your mind
See what you were thinkin', if my ship was sinkin'
If you're leavin' me behind

Scarlett pulled open the front door.
“Ah. Good evening, young lady,” said the man at the door, looking down at her. “We are looking for Mr. Frost. I believe this is his n... o. t.. w.... .” He had silver-white hair, and he smelled of cologne.
“Are you friends of his?” she asked.
“Oh yes,” said a smaller man, standing just behind.

tourist,
I have an ulterior motive :) : by writing my own sentences, I try to personalise the language items and to store them in my long-term memory.
The downside, however, is that my examples aren't nearly as smooth as the ones borrowed from books. In addition, there may be some mistakes and a certain amount of inappropriacy in those contributions. Hope I won't do anyone any harm with my "brainchildren".
