Here's a paragraph where the phrase "put mileage on someone" is used and I'm sort of at a loss for its meaning in the contest:
"But she could not let herself forget that he was the kind of guy who would find his way past your guard, take what he wanted, and convince you that it was what you wanted as well. He would run you in circles, put mileage on you, and then go on to his next conquest without a backward glance. And you wouldn’t be able to complain, because he hadn’t put up a pretense of being anything other than what he was."

The source: https://books.google.ru/books?id=QbuwrB ... 22&f=false
Regarding the meaning of mileage, I so far have two guesses to chose between:
N1--it means covering long distances following/chasing someone in a car;
N2--it is a comparison of a woman to a car one may be using before the mileage is too high to use it any longer.
If both the guesses are wrong, could anyone suggest anything else?

he would put mileage on you = he would use you (N2)

whether the object is still "usable" afterwards
depends on the actual mileage of course ))

Scratch that last part. When you put mileage on something, you sort of wear it out, like you wear out a car by driving it, so the person with mileage is not necessarily unusable, but, maybe, less preferrable than somebody new and fresh.
