I wonder if a suggestion being given with hindsight can be expressed via "had better" used this way:

You'd better have/haven't followed his advice?

The other ways to put it which I'm thinking of are:

It would have been better if you'd/hadn't followed his advice
It would have been better for you to have/not to have followed his advice

Could each of the sentences work? If yes, what might be the nuances of the usage I should bear in mind?
Are there other ways to express the same idea with a tint of reproach/regret/irritation to the actions already performed?

https://thegrammarexchange.infopop.cc/topic/past-tense-of-had-better пишет:"Had better" refers to the present and future, as you know. Both Quirk* and the Cambridge Grammar** state that there is no past form of "had better," and Betty Azar*** says about "had better" that the past form is uncommon.

укоризну можно выразить с помощью heed
In retrospect, I guess it was a warning I should have heeded.

Just say:
You should have listened to her.
it loses the suggestion to be careful/warning of sorts
still this is probably your best bet

Had better in the past can be occasionally found, but this is a rare/ unusual form.

spam copy pasting from exotic grammar books to follow, of course ..

Editing, I deleted this variant as obviously the safest choice. I just felt like digging a bit deeper, having stumbled on the question discussed but not solved on one of the English usage sites.

Whatever you choose to use, you'd better not use the negative particle not in the middle of the perfect infinitive:
You'd better have/NOT haven't followed his advice.
