Zlatko_Berrin,
then I'd focus on regional (American in your case) accents because there's always some room for improvement in this area and I'd listen to the types of things I don't have much XP with (e.g. I rarely listen to the news).

Zlatko_Berrin, вот еще интересное аудио. есть пару сложных мест. в сети есть транскрипт. но он автоматический и корявый. как-раз там, где у меня затруднения, он не дает ответов.

Here I goПоказать
Welcome back to GMA and today is Weekend Download

Host: How to stress less when traveling with your kids? As we mentioned earlier, today is expecting to be the busiest air-travel day in American history. And parenting expert Ericka Souter is here with tips and tricks to get us all through it.
Ericka, thank you! We need you on this important day. [Ericka: Yeah] And a family trip, it always sounds like a great idea but getting there is more than half the battle, right? [Ericka: Right] So what do we do to reduce meltdowns?

Ericka: Well, the first thing you wanna do is to get organized. And if you’re like me, sometimes you save things the last minute, and that’s the worst idea possible. You wanna… The night before, you wanna download any TV shows, games, apps that might keep everyone entertained (//what is the word here? Wai.. whe…// you know slum lines or there are no slum drives.

H: And some of these are preventive here, right? So what about packing tips to help (sounds like ‘helse’) reduce the stress on a travel day?

E: You really wanna pack smart. Everyone always overpacks ‘cause they // wanna???// have something that they need. But you wanna like reduce the //mon?// of stuff you have, make sure you have rooming air for games and toys and snacks. And you also wanna ship ahead. And that’s a big thing. Don’t have to overload your luggage. You can have a carry-on bag (oh, tenth rotation and I got it) if you(’ve?) (meal?) a lot of things that you(’ve?) need to get to your destination.

H: That’s a great idea - the ship ahead. Um… Another thing to think about – airport line. Are they worth with little kids? You have a toddler (тА:длОр ХД), I’ve got young girls. I mean that’s what the meltdowns and the tantrums always happen. What can we do to reduce some of that stress?

E: Well, consider investing in a TSA program or any kind of fast pass program that lets you get to those lines quicker because you know how frustrated you get when you have to wait a long time. Imagine how that a three-year old feels waiting for 45-minutes to get to air support(?) secure.

H: Продолжение следует =))

Woman: And travel, though, you know, it's no war when you're traveling. So use what you've got.

там таки you've need. я тоже сначала удивился, ведь после you've ожидается глагол в past participle.
но это просто сокращение от you have, где have в роли основного глагола.

Gayle King: Low weather. It is bad in a lot of places. A deadly winter storm is hitting millions of Americans as we start this last full week before Christmas. It's bringing snow and ice and rain to a 6000-mile stretch of the country. Parts of Missouri saw a whiteout over the weekend, nearly twelve inches of snow fell rather near Kansas City in a 24-hour period.
Man 1: Winter weather alerts are up from Colorado to Massachusetts, CBS News climate and weather contributor Jeff Berardelli is tracking the chaos and the trouble on the roads.
Jeff Berardelli: A powerful winter storm is wreaking havoc across the central US. In Missouri, the snow left dozens of drivers stranded. The Kansas City Fire Department said they responded to at least forty crashes in just three hours. In Illinois, heavy snow caused a cart to slide onto railroad tracks where it was hit by a freight train. The driver somehow walking away with no major injuries. In Nebraska, five people died in two separate crashes on Interstate 80 on Sunday. In some cases, roads were closed for hours.
Man 2: It's definitely gonna be weather related slick surfaces.
Jeff Berardelli: Farther west in Utah a snowboarder died after an avalanche in the backcountry. Authorities are now warning of a high early season avalanche danger following the first fatality of the season.
Man 1: And Jeff Berardelli is with us. Jeff, where is this storm heading?
Jeff Berardelli: Good morning, Anthony. It is heading towards the East and it's gonna be with us at least another thirty-six hours. There is the ________ future radar. Later today, we could see moderate to heavy snow St. Louis all the way to Indianapolis and approaching Pittsburgh. Later tonight, some of that snow could move into places like New York City and Scranton, but quickly followed by rain as milder air moves in. Philly, New York all the way up to Hartford where there will be ice, but look at tomorrow morning in Boston, Scranton and Albany - it is snow turns to rain across most of the coastal areas as we head through the day of tomorrow. Ice is the problem this morning south of St. Louis and overnight and tomorrow in places like Pennsylvania and New York as far as snow fog goes there will be a swath of two to four some places picking up greater than six inches of snow especially as we're heading to the upstate of New York and severe weather is also a problem in the South-East could see some isolated tornadoes today. And guys right here in New York City we don't get (past/passed) twenty-five degrees on Thursday.
Man 3: Almost way Christmas time though, Jeff. [вроде все слова правильные, но смысл?]
Jeff Berardelli: That's true.
Man 3: Thank you very much.
