Working on phrasal verbs I met the "Roll on (something)!" expression but couldn't find any context (broad enough) it is used in (I tried GoogleBooks search).
The example sentences from various dictionaries (for example this one https://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/roll+on) couldn't help
me to figure out what exactly "Roll on Christmas!" might mean—" Christmas, come soon!" or "Let Christmas not end!"
Could anyone help me?

The example sentence from your link seems to be pretty straightforward:
roll on (something)!
Something can't arrive or happen soon enough!
I love this time of year—roll on Christmas!
i.e. "Christmas, come soon!" (I can't wait for Christmas to come)
English wiktionary concurs:
Interjection
roll on
1. Used to express anticipation
Roll on summer!

На всяк случ.
Здесь - с пометой бритское:
https://www.thefreedictionary.com/roll+on пишет:Brit used to express the wish that an eagerly anticipated event or date will come quickly: roll on Saturday.

Что и подтверждают здесь: roll on the holidays

PS Still kinda puzzled whether it is 'Christmas, roll on [faster]!' (there would be a comma and no article with 'holidays' then) or '[Time,] roll on [into] Christmas!' or '[You,] roll on Christmas!' ))
