Yes, I can say that my mood definitely depends on the weather. Of course, I don't want to admit it. I'm an adult and know the power of positive thinking. How can I allow the weather to affect my mood? But still. I'm sick and tired of the winter. I've been having a sore throat for ages, my nose is always running. How can I enjoy my life with such stuff? The only way to cure me - put me on the beach with the caressing sun and the warm sea. In this case, I can give you a lecture "How to not allow the weather to influence your mood".

Honestly yes, it does affect my mood, but only to some extent. And not always, really. For example, if it is raining, it upsets me only when I need to go outside as I am always reluctunt to bring an umbrella with me everywhere. It's so annoying! If it is just cold outside it perfectly fine and it has no impact on me. When the sun shines and it's not too hot my spirits always lifts up. However when it becomes too hot, say 33-40C, I can hardly bear it and becoming somewhat irritated. You know, the body starts sweating and I don't like, I'like to keep dry. Remeber that we all humans after all so we get affected by everything around us. And the weather is not the last thing that adds up to that impact.
Yes, of course, the weather influences my mood.
I am definitely in a good mood when it is warm and damp) I like grey sky and when there is no sun anywhere so I love Saint-Petersburg with the exception of its winter! I feel furious going along the slippery sidewalk and losing my footing all the time. I am fond of walking and listening to music at the same time that is why it is important to have the pavements cleaned!
I get angry going along...

I am fond of listening to the music as I walking outside. And when I do so my mind is wondering somewhere else that I can't notice anything around me and could easily slip on icy surface. So that is why it is important to have the pavements cleaned!
If the weather has extremely extraordinary conditions my mood depends on it. For example: The flight is cancelled because of heavy showers or fog. Thus my mood is not very good. Or, another example: If at the beginning of summer temperature plunges below zero, tomatoes’ and peppers’ plants die of frost. Vagaries of weather don’t affect much if the person has a place to stay, suitable clothes and so on. I think people get really used to the weather in their area and do not pay much attention to it.
I wouldn't say that my mood depends on the weather. I can be happy in spite of rain or hazy weather. But the weather affects on my physical state and as a result sometimes on my mood.
Now, when spring is coming, I'm full of beans. I can wake up without difficulties and have enthusiasm for everything.
What a question to ask!
Of course, the weather is well able to change my mood. I didn’t use to realise it unless I moved to a city with totally different climate. The weather conditions make me suffer. I’ve got severe lack of sunlight, and the gloomy grey sky draws me into depression. On winter days when the sun peeps from behind the clouds to warm us I tend to be cheerful and energetic even if it’s freezing cold. Heavy showers till mid July are quite common here.
I’d better finish as my mood has already changed for the worse.
¡Buenas dias!
My mood doesn’t change because of the weather. A snow, a rain and a hot don’t make my mood bad. When it’s raining I want to sleep. If you’re all right any weather is good.
So, does the weather affects my mood? It sure does. I hate the kind of weather we are having right now. It's quite cold, it's raining, the wind is howling. The only thing you want to do in days like this is to sit beside the fireplace with a mug of your favorite hot beverage listening to crackling fire and watching your favorite movies. And no going outside under any pretext, come hell or high water.
The weather can't change my mood in any way. There is no bad weather for me. I like rain, blizzard, fog, thunder and lightning. Why? There's harmony in every weather. A lot of artists and musicians are inspired by extreme weather. Look at Storm in Vanessa Mae's clip on Youtube. It's wonderful, isn't it? I'm not an artist, but I love seeing nature varieties.

I can't really say that the weather affects my mood. I don't think any bad weather can affect me when I'm in a good mood. Although I'm sick and tired of the long winter for now but I still remember beautiful winter days and how I was enchanted by snow fairytale. As a visual type of person, I admire blossoming lilac in spring and gorgeous winter landscapes and colourful leaves in autumn. Breathtaking views of the sea and mountains always make me feel over the moon. Though I can feel bad because of weather. I can't stand boiling humid climate of some Asian countries, for example.
I do love sunny days, but in the end I am tired of sun on the beach.
Y no siempre.
Not only does the weather influence my mood, it impacts on my health as I'm weather sensitive. When the atmospheric pressure changes dramatically, I get splitting headaches, feel dizzy and drowsy. The same things happen when there's a sharp increase or decrease in temperature.
Having said all that, I can't say that my relationship with the weather is just doom and gloom. With each ray of sunlight my spirits get higher as well as my energy levels. Oh summer, where art thou? :)
Weather is just one point of many others which affect my mood. So it's rather hard to define the amount of its influence on me being happy or grumpy. But it can definitely tip the scales. Unexpected sunshine will make me more patient and forgiving. Rainbow after rain will supply extra confidence. Cloudy sky can make me nervous. Falling snow will make me sadder 99%. But if I am in peace with myself only a real hurricane can change my mood. Fortunately, they are very uncommon in my town.
Yes, I can say that my mood definitely depends on the weather. Of course, I don't want to admit it - Look, what you did in the first sentence is nothing else but admitting the fact. So, your 2nd sentence should be a little different, too. Something like that: Yes, I have to admit that my mood definitely depends on the weather. Of course, I am reluctant to accept the fact/the idea...
The only way to cure me IS TO put me on the beach...
a lecture "How to not allow the weather to influence your mood" - a lecture on "How not to allow the weather to influence your mood".
to define the amount of its influence - to define the degree of its influence/ to measure/ to assess/ to evaluate its influence/the degree of its influence - честно, не знаю, как лучше, но не amount of its influence точно.
Falling snow will make me sadder 99% - Falling snow will 99% make me sadder

It sure does - It sureLY does/ For sure, it does.

From native speakers:
"In oral speech, this construction with "sure" is very, very popular. ("Surely" is, to my ear, more about probabilities: "Surely the car won't break down, will it?") "You sure are, darling" works perfectly well."
"'You sure did' is AE. In BE we'd say e.g. 'You definitely did' (although we might say 'you sure did' in jocular imitation of Americans)."
