there is a phrase : The players are prepared to play a tough game how can I know what it means ... are prepared is passive voice .... someone prepares the players for game or prepared is just adjective here ??? or I can know it in context only ?
players are ready or someone prepares the players

for example if a coach works with a team .... players are prepared for game ...?? or children are prepared for exam in the school
